Taylor's commissions

Hi, I'm Taylor!
I've been making props and costumes for cosplay since 2016. I am a graduate of the Technical Production for the Performing Arts Industry Program at Sheridan College with a concentration in wardrobe and props. Upon graduation, I have made costumes and props for shows at Theatre Sheridan such as Pippin, Spring Awakening, Twelfth Night, Head Over Heels, Urinetown and Jesus Christ Superstar. In my first, second and third year in this program, I have received outstanding achievement in Scenic Art, Wardrobe and Technical Production respectively.

What can I commission?

I do commissions for costumes, props, and accessories as well as some 3d prints. I am also open to sewing commissions for clothes (not cosplay-related) using commercial sewing patterns. Commissions are currently chosen based on my comfort level and first come first serve. Not limited to, however, these items are the pieces I have the most experience working with:
Wardrobe - Dresses, bodices, skirts, jackets, school uniforms & accessories such as bows, hair bows, ties, scarves & sleeves
Props - Weapons (swords, knives, blades etc.) from cardboard, wood, plexiglass, foam and resin props
3D printing - Modelling and printing - Earrings, small accessories, gems, & small props. I am able to take some 3D modelling commissions. If you are looking for something to be 3D printed it can be something you have modelled or if it is from a website you MUST have permission for me to print and sell it to you.
Vinyl Decals - I can make vinyl decals with permanent or heat transfer vinyl using premade designs or simple designs in the Brother Canvas Workspace.
Painting - I can also do cel-shaded painting on costumes.

This is what a commission process would typically look like:
-You read the terms and conditions and fill out the Google form
-I contact you within my reply timeframe or, once the Google form closes, to approve your commission request.
-Upon accepting the commission we will discuss more details about the commission. I will ask for more information in addition to the Google form such as materials, fabrics, measurements chart, shipping, payment plan, budget etc.
-I complete a materials quote and time estimate quote.
-We discuss payment plan and shipping method/pickup
-I will begin the commission by gathering the needed materials. These will be approved by you before purchasing.
-The first payment will be made for the material cost.
-Once materials have been purchased I will begin the commission. Throughout the build process, the payment installments will be made. I can send photo updates of the commission upon request.
-The commission is completed within the deadline and final photos are sent
-The final payment is made
-The commission is shipped/picked up
